| When Not to Double Down |
I was talked into going to the casino by my friends when I really didnt want to. I walked in to see all Slot machines and black jack tables and was in awe. I went and got $100 in Chips thinking I was a beginner, I wouldnt need anymore than that. I walked around the blackjack tables for a while, but none of them spoke to me. Finally, I got a great vibe from the $20 table and sat down.
I put my $20 on the table and get focused. Dealer deals out the first hand I am dealt a 6 and a 5, while the Dealer is showing a 5. I immediately Double Down. The dealer then tosses out a 9 of hearts to give me 20. As the dealer flips over his cards, he reveals a 7 to go with his 5. He then hits an Ace, a 2, and then a fateful 6!!! 21, and I lose!
I then got up and cashed out the remaining chips I had left. What a ride!
